  3. My experience with Wi-tribe is horrible. Pathetic Company and poor Customer care service.

    I call Wi-tribe to get a new connection in my company. Person visited on 17 at about 3PM. No Demo was given, they said signal is there, you have 3 days to check, Currently you cannot use internet connection as its not activated yet. I pay 2250 (1500+750).
    Then i went home, and at night about 7 to 9 PM, i received call from wi-tribe asking for verification, the call person said your internet will be activated in 30 mints. I cannot use internet at that time, as device was in office.
    I start using internet from 18, Next two days i use internet and was not satisfied with it. on 20(my 3rd day) i send device back for complete refund, but i was shocked to hear that, “your 3 days has passed”. they said 17th is also included (Internet activated on 17th at about 7 to 9 PM, mean these 3 to 5 hours counted as complete day).

    Never ever use there service .
